\n<\/b><\/span>The successful development of the health resort industry, the use of the latest advances in restorative medicine, and effective wellness and medical rehabilitation technologies are among the most important components of the public health system.
\nThe \u201cZdravnitsa\u201d Forum is a key project of Russia\u2019s health resort industry, contributing to the resolution of pressing issues in resort and restorative medicine, the development of fruitful cooperation between representatives of government, leading scientists, physicians, and heads of health resort organizations, as well as the introduction of modern health-preserving technologies into the field of medical and wellness services.<\/span><\/div>\n
This year the All-Russian Forum \u201cZdravnitsa\u201d is being held in the Altai Territory, in the remarkable federal resort city of Belokurikha, an innovator in balneology and restorative medicine, which has been recognized for the past two years as the best federal resort. Holding an event of such scale is a landmark occasion for our region, one of the largest resort centers in the Russian Federation, endowed with diverse natural healing resources and a rich history of restorative treatment. I am confident that your stay in Belokurikha will allow you not only to feel the healing power of the Altai springs, but also to enjoy a wonderful rest thanks to the picturesque mountain landscape, developed infrastructure, and caring and hospitable staff.
\nUndoubtedly, the forum will contribute to the further development of the resort industry, give new impetus to business and scientific cooperation, and attract increased public attention to the prospects for the development of medical and wellness services.

\"p2\"<\/a>Now, in these not easy, but extremely interesting times, I would like to invite you to participate in the All-Russian Forum \u201cZdravnitsa-2014,\u201d an event that annually proves that medical rehabilitation, restorative treatment, and sanatorium and resort treatment deserve special attention from the state as the most economical and effective path to absolute \u201cnational health.\u201d
\nThe forum will bring together specialists from various fields of medicine with the participation of leading manufacturers of medical drugs and equipment, as well as representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, for a detailed discussion of scientific and<\/span>practical<\/span><\/div>\n
issues of the sanatorium and resort industry, and various options for interdepartmental cooperation in order to develop constructive proposals addressed to federal and regional authorities, including in the area of current legislation.
\nWe can proudly state that the Forum has become a truly significant event not only for domestic and foreign specialists, but also a large-scale event for successful dialogue between the professional sanatorium and resort community, business, and government, where issues of regulatory and legal support, the development of a civilized sanatorium and resort market in Russia, and the implementation of the most important national programs are considered in a fruitful dialogue.
\nThis year, the Forum will take place on the fertile land of Altai, on the territory of the Federal Resort Belokurikha, where, alongside the resolution of scientific and practical issues of rehabilitation-restorative and sanatorium and resort treatment, the best medical and preventive facilities of the resort, its recreational and ethnographic potential, will be highlighted and presented.
\nI am confident that holding the Forum will make it possible to find optimal ways to solve the problems facing Russian balneologists, and to develop recommendations for consolidating managers, specialists, medical equipment manufacturers, and representatives of pharmaceutical companies for the effective development and improvement of the sanatorium and resort industry in Russia.
